Stephanie Alsbrooks is the CEO and visionary leader of Defi Solutions. Stephanie is on a mission to create a technology solution that offers auto lenders the freedom and flexibility to originate auto loans with ultimate risk control and flexibility. Her 15+ years leading and creating risk based technology solutions for auto and emergency cash lenders has compelled her to create Definitive. Definitive is the only out-of-the-box, scalable, hosted auto lending platform that allows lenders to control and manage originations with speed and flexibility.

Stephanie's experience using Provenir as a flexible workflow and decision engine component for loan originations became the genesis for the Defi platform. Lenders were seeking a fast and flexible origination's tool that allowed them to seize market opportunities quickly and effectively. Stephanie has made it her mission to create a solution that will give growing lenders the exact system they need to ensure they can focus on lending strategy and delivery while Defi handles their technology solutions.

David Smith, Chief Technical Officer

David Smith provides vast technical and operational leadership that ensures Defi SOLUTIONS' system enhancements are launched to market smarter and faster. A brilliant enterprise architect and pragmatic leader, David heads the technology team, inspiring high quality service that meets the immediate and ongoing needs of customers.

With more than 17 years of IT industry experience, David improved productivity and team morale as a Senior Integration Architect at GameStop and focused his team on success criteria, thereby mitigating project risk at Think Finance. David also held IT leadership roles at MLS Data Management Solutions, State National Companies and Pier 1 Imports. He holds a BBA in Strategic Management from the University of North Texas.

Marcus Bratton, Director of Technology

Marcus Bratton joined Defi SOLUTIONS in 2012, applying his extensive technical and leadership skills to deliver a team oriented approach to creating efficient business software solutions. With 10 years of software development and management experience, Marcus is adept at balancing vision, technology and the resources needed to deliver scalable applications.

Prior to joining Defi SOLUTIONS, Marcus developed technology solutions for One Technologies, Wachovia, State National Companies, Pier 1 and GameStop. Marcus graduated from St. Mary's University with a Bachelor's in Computer Science.

Christopher Bayles, Software Developer

Christopher Bayles brings 10 years of software development experience to Defi SOLUTIONS. Chris' diagnostic skills and proactive approach to critical issues ensures efficient, user-friendly software solutions.

Chris graduated from the University of North Texas with a Bachelors degree in Computer Information Systems. Prior to joining Defi SOLUTIONS, Chris was a software engineer and developer at One Technologies, Valtech and JC Penney.

Nara Alzapur, Applications Architect

Nara Alzapur, Applications Architect, is an intuitive developer with experience developing front-end, back-end and everything in between. Nara specializes in platform-driven, modular solutions that can be customized, enhanced and optimized based on customer needs.

Nara has eight years of software development and leadership experience at One Technologies and Perot Systems.

Michelle Hall, Quality Assurance

Michelle Hall's experience includes managing cross-functional teams, with large complex multi-million dollar programs, technical support, documentation and training. Michelle will perform quality assurance testing and facilitate training and documentation for defi SOLUTIONS, which is key to providing excellent customer support.

Michelle graduated from Winona State University with a Bachelors degree in Adult Education. Prior to joining Defi SOLUTIONS, Michelle was a Project Management Senior Analyst for Dell managing projects through 24 development, sustainment, product and system teams as well as conducting training, testing and database projects. Michelle was recognized for her outstanding contributions by management and peers with five awards during her 6 years at Dell. Before Dell, Michelle was a trainer and software support specialist at Metafile Information Systems and Software EXCELerators, Inc.
